A great and healthy drink to have as breakfast or healthy snack.


  • 1/2 C Blueberries
  • 1/2 C Strawberries
  • 1/2 C Raspberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 C milk (soy, almond or your preference )
  • 1/2 C ice
  • 1 Stevia packet


  1. Place milk in blender and add fruit and blend until completely mixed and a smooth and frothy consistency.
  2. Place in a glass and enjoy.
