Ingredients
  • 1 serving (5-6 oz.) non-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 Tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1-2 Tablespoons honey
Instructions
  1. Peel apple. Using a large holed grater, grate apple into bowl and set aside.
  2. Empty yogurt container into small bowl.
  3. Top with apple, honey, and flaxseed meal.
  4. Enjoy
