A Jelly Berry Grape Granola Bowl is a perfect meal to start the day, packed with antioxidants and grape jelly sweetness.I start most days with a yogurt bowl. Most of the time, it’s really nothing fancy. I just peel open a container of my favorite plain yogurt and mix in a few things on the go to add texture, flavor, and nourishment. The usual suspects include: granola, berries, bananas, and honey.
Because I am such a creature of habit, I honestly had never thought of branching out when it came to my morning ritual. But recently, we were asked to create a Jelly Berry Grape Breakfast bowl our for our friends at Divine Flavor, and I have been enjoying it as part of my breakfast routine ever since. It is a welcome new addition to my morning routine.
Organic Jelly Berry Grapes at their peak of freshness taste like a burst of grape jam in your mouth. They are reminiscent of concord flavored grapes, and have higher antioxidants than other grape varieties. This makes them an excellent accent to a simple yogurt bowl. That pop of natural sweetness adds texture and flavor to an ordinary bowl. Just slice them up and sprinkle them on top of your favorite granola. We added a spring of fresh mint and a drizzle of honey. Breakfast just got a little sweeter.
