Mini Cheesecakes with Champagne Roasted Grapes are an elegant dessert, for a special party or an in-home celebration.Dreaming of better days? One bite of these Mini Cheesecakes can transport you to an elegant gathering, a celebratory brunch or a very special tea party. Or they can just be a damned good dessert to share with your family in quarantine (even if you are wearing sweat pants for the fifth day in a row).
We’re all trying to make sense of the “new normal”, and for us food is always a good place start. Now that we have plenty of time to spend in the kitchen, cooking can be a joy again. We can do more experimentation, perfect new (and old) recipes, and spend some time making those stews and sauces that take a little more time. And did I mention baking? I definitely plan to put on my apron and dust off some of those old family recipes!
Cheesecake is one of my favorite deserts (that I never make) so now is as good a time as any! We made these Mini Cheesecakes with Champagne Roasted Grapes for our friends at Divine Flavor recently (featuring their perfectly sweet Gummyberry Grapes), and they have been on my mind ever since. With grapes back in season, it’s a perfect time to make these elegant bites at home. Treat yourself and your housemates to a delectable dessert!
