Mini Cheesecakes with Champagne Roasted Grapes

The perfect bite-sized dessert for a special party or shower, the elegant Mini Cheesecakes with Champagne Roasted Grapes are a celebration in each bite.

6-ea 3 inch cheesecakes or a 9 inch cheesecake

2 C grapes

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp honey

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1/2 C champagne

fresh mint for a garnish


  1. We made this recipe using a pre-made cheesecake as a quick dessert. Please feel free to make your own and top it with this wonderful champagne grape compote for a delicious dessert.
  2. Place grapes in a saucepan on medium heat and add sugar, champagne, honey and lemon juice and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the mixture has reduced and liquid sticks to a spoon.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a plastic bowl and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until mixture has cooled completely.
  4. Spoon mixture over cheesecake and serve with a garnish of fresh mint.
