Sweet & Hot Chicken Wings are a quintessential game day snack, grilled to perfection with traditional Buffalo flavors.
My man loves football. There are few things that bring as much joy to his heart as the beginning of football season. It represents a change in the weather, a clean slate, and a new beginning, full of endless possibilities. I am still learning to appreciate Keith's favorite sport and all its nuances, but one thing I can really get behind is American football culture and its food. I may not understand all the strategies of the game, but I totally understand tailgating and game day snacks.
Wings are essential, traditional American football food. Keith has many a wing recipe ready and waiting for any occasion, but these Sweet and Hot Chicken Wings are definitely my favorite. They are grilled, not fried (so they come with a little less guilt), and they are bursting with flavor that is the perfect blend of hot and sweet. Of course this recipe can be adjusted depending on each fan's taste, but I think this particular combination really hits the mark.
Keith's signature wing recipe is tailor-made for game day. It satisfies every fan's craving for Buffalo flavor without all of gooey fried mess. We serve it at tailgate parties, during big games, and even as a family meal during those early fall days where grilling out is still in season. Although we celebrate these Sweet & Hot Wings as football favorites, they are quite simply a tried and tested recipe that will be enjoyed by fans and non-fans alike.
