- 12 ounces Godshall’s Angus Steak Bacon
- 2 Sandwich Buns
- 1/2 C caramelized onions
- 1/2 C your favorite BBQ sauce
- 2 slices smoked Gouda cheese
Instructions
- Using a large sauté pan, place on medium high heat and place bacon in pan. Cook according to package directions.
- Continue cooking until all bacon is cooked and slightly crispy.
- Place all bacon back in pan. Add BBQ sauce and heat on medium for 5 minutes.
- Divide bacon into 2 portions and place on each bun.
- Top each sandwich with equal parts caramelized onions.
- Top with Gouda cheese and top of bun.
