Bacon Sandwich recipe

This mouthwatering Bacon Sandwich is slathered in BBQ sauce, topped with caramelized onions, and served on a a pillowy soft bun.

Instructions

  1. Using a large sauté pan, place on medium high heat and place bacon in pan. Cook according to package directions.
  2. Continue cooking until all bacon is cooked and slightly crispy.
  3. Place all bacon back in pan. Add BBQ sauce and heat on medium for 5 minutes.
  4. Divide bacon into 2 portions and place on each bun.
  5. Top each sandwich with equal parts caramelized onions.
  6. Top with Gouda cheese and top of bun.
