Empress Gin Frost Fizz recipe

Dazzle your guests this holiday with an Empress Frost Fizz! This elegant cocktail marries Empress Gin with elderflower tonic and ginger syrup.

  • 2 oz. Empress 1908 Gin
  • 3 oz. elderflower tonic
  • 1 oz ginger simple syrup* (see recipe below)
  • 1 egg white
  • 3-4 dashes rosemary lavender bitters


  1. Using a coupe glass, add ice and water to chill while mixing drink.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker half way with ice. 
  3. Add gin, ginger simple syrup, bitters, and 1 egg white.
  4. Cover with lid and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
  5. Pour ice out of glasses and add tonic. 
  6. Remove lid from shaker. Pour mixed drink through a fine strainer into the glass
  7. Garnish with a lemon
