Muddled Berry Mojitos are delightfully simple, yet elegant cocktails that scream summer.Summer is in full bloom and berries are fresh and abundant. Summer is also the time for friends, family and picnics. If you are like us, we love to go to small family picnics and hang out with good friends. We attend these get-togethers where everyone is asked to bring his favorite drink. We used to bring the typical beer and wine, but recently we began introducing new cocktails to our friends. This Muddled Berry Mojito couldn't be simpler to make and it looks amazing sitting on a table. I have never been a big mixed drink drinker; I would normally partake in a good IPA and Jackie in a good red wine. This cocktail is super simple, refreshing and irresistible.
Mojitos have always intrigued me; they are so simple yet so complex at the same time. You may have noticed that we are big fans of seasonal summer berries, and fresh mint as well. The flavors go well together. As I sit and write this story, I realize that this Muddled Berry Mojito would be great mixed with half the sparkling water or to include lemonade as well. Part of what I like about working on Superman Cooks is that my mind is always moving, trying to come up with new ideas. I know they may not always be earth shattering, but they are original in my mind. We always try to put a little spin on classic recipes and come up with new exciting versions. We always look for our readers to offer suggestions as to what they would like to see us make, so if you come up with an idea for future posts please send us an email. We would love to hear the stories behind the ideas.
