Festive Pink Cocktails are what every party needs! This naturally sweet Pomegranate Margarita recipe is easy to make and guaranteed to please.

Get out those glasses and salt the rims!! It’s Cinco de Mayo, and we have the perfect Pink Drink to celebrate. We love all things Cinco de Mayo (especially our Pink Señorita Cocktails). Not only is this holiday a good excuse to drink a margarita (or two), but it also involves all kinds of Mexican food, which you'll never hear us complain about.
Ingredients
- TEQUILA: use your favorite tequila (we like Patron)
- TRIPLE SEC: (or any ORANGE LIQUEUR)
- FRESH LIME JUICE: we prefer fresh squeezed lime juice
- POMEGRANATE JUICE: we prefer fresh pomegranate, but you can use bottled pomegranate juice (like POM)
- AGAVE NECTAR: for sweetness
- KOSHER SALT
- LIME ZEST: grate from the limes you are juicing
- POMEGRANATE SEEDS (POMEGRANATE ARILS): 1 tablespoon

Instructions
- Before juicing your limes, use a zester to remove just the outer green skin and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave nectar. Fill shaker with ice. Place top on and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Mix kosher salt and lime zest in a shallow dish big enough to dip the top of glass in.
- Using a lime wedge, wet the rim of the glass and dip glass into salt and zest mixture.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Strain the margarita mixture over ice, add more lime zest and pomegranate seeds.
- Garnish with lime wheel and enjoy.
