  • BLACKBERRY SELTZER: plain seltzer or soda water works too
  • ROSEMARY: springs (for garnish)

  3. Add vanilla and stir.
  4. Fill 2 8 oz glasses with ice and add 2 oz each of the berry juice and vodka to each of the glasses.

Variations

  • BLACKBERRY SPRITZER: substitute Champagne or Prosecco for the seltzer for a sweet and bubbly sip!
  • MIXED BERRY SMASH: add raspberries and blueberries to the berry mixture for a colorful and flavorful cocktail.
  • MUDDLED BERRY MOJITO: muddle the berries directly in the glass and add fresh mint.
  • BLACKBERRY SMASH MOCKTAIL: go without the vodka for a beautiful, fruity cocktail.
