When our friends at Mezzetta sent us a selection of some of their incredible olives & peppers, we knew we could use them to make a simple, elegant, vegetarian party platter in just minutes. These savory snacks perfectly accompany our favorite martinis.

- BASIL: fresh basil leaves
- SIMPLE SYRUP: simple syrup
- LEMON VODKA: lemon vodka (we use Absolut Citron Vodka).
- OLIVE JUICE: splash of olive juice

- Fill a martini glass with ice and water and allow glass to get cold.
- In a mixing glass, add basil leaves, simple syrup & olive juice. Muddle.
- Add ice and vodka and shake vigorously
- Dump ice water from glass and strain cocktail from mixing glass into your chilled glass
- Garnish with 2 Spanish Queen Martini Olives and basil leaves along with a lemon wedge.
